- Blasting costs.Different Explosive Suppliers,Drilling Contractors and BlastingContractors can be entered into the Database for costing.Working off Listprices Profit Margins,Freight Costs and GST can be added if applicable.
- There is a 2 dimensional view of the Face to be Blasted and can be moved from the vertical out to 45 degrees,any material outside the vertical inclination is calculated in the Total Cubic Metres and Tonnes.
- Blastholes can be viewed and edited with various delay patterns in both Non- Electric and Electric Initiating Systems with a Presplit ( Smoothwall ) Blast if required , can be set up with the Production Blast.
- There is a Table to calculate Spacing & Burden based on the General type of Rock and using Loose Poured A.N.F.O.and a given BlastholeDiameter.
- Some of the Calculations in this program include Total Cubic Metres , Total Tonnes,Number of Blastholes , Face lengths , Blasthole lengths , Recommended Stemming Heights, Total Kg's of Explosives , Powder Factor , Presplit Calculations and a full product list.
- Both Square and Staggered ( Diamond ) Patterns can be used with this program.On Inclined Faces Toe(Relief) holes can be added from the Bench Level ,the charge levels and stemming heights are calculated for these Blastholes.
- Various Presplit Centers , Angles and Product Setups are included and are added to the product list.
- Costing Reports in regards to Explosives products,Drilling, Labour,Mobilization etc: can be calculated based on a List Price previously entered into the database.
