- BMS Blastdata v1.6 has been developed with the shotfirer in mind as it can save a lot of time with designing of the Blast and the working out of calculations and quantities of explosives for the operation, and with the option of adding a presplit with the main production Blast.
- There is a Table to calculate Spacing & Burden based on the General type of Rock and using Loose Poured A.N.F.O.and a given Blasthole Diameter.There is a 2 dimensional view of the Face to be Blasted and can be movedfrom the vertical out to 45 degrees,any material outside the vertical inclinationis calculated in the Total Cubic Metres and Tonnes.Stemming is also calculated for both Presplit and the Production Blast. 2 dimensional views of the Blastholes in relation to the face can be viewed.
- The Blasthole angles can set at 0 degrees out to 20 degrees on the production holes with ( toe) Relief hole placement and charge levels with face angles over 20 degrees, this also applies to IE: 20 degree face and say 5 degree holes ( Relief holes will be recommended , placed and can be viewed on the 2 dimensional view of the operation.Delay patterns either with Non-Electric Delays or "L" Series Electric delays can laid out using a choice of Patterns supplied.
- The Non- Electric Patterns can be altered to any configuration with row by row Firing.Some of the Calculations in this program include Total Cubic Metres , Total Tonnes , No of Blastholes , Face lengths , Blasthole lengths , Recommended Stemming Heights, Total Kg's of Explosives , Powder Factor , Presplit Calculations and a full product list.
- Both Square and Staggered ( Diamond ) Patterns can be used with this program. On Inclined Faces Toe(Relief) holes can be added from the Bench Level , the charge levels and stemming heights are calculated for these Blastholes.
- Various Presplit Centers , Angles and Product Setups are included and are added to the product list.
- All Data Reports produced from this program can be saved in html format, they can be previewed,printed & saved. A full product list will be generated based on the data entered and calculated by the Program and can be put into a report showing all of the Graphics , Calculations and Products.
